Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change but if you have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the treatment. You will need to message us directly to cancel, as you will not be able to cancel the appointment online (Web or app) if the cancellation is within the 24 hour notice window.
